a one size fits all program
Lessons are undertaken by an experienced instructor with a speech pathology background who can identify and remedy other underlying processes and language issues that impact on learning to read and spell.
The instructor has experience assisting with a diagnosis for specific learning disorders and is a member of Learning Difficulties Australia, is on the SPELD NSW referral database and various Specific Educational Learning Difficulties associations in Australia.
Compared to other reading clinics, coaching centres and prescribed reading programs it is greater value for money.
The sessions are undertaken by an instructor, with more than 15 years experience in reading instruction.
This isn't a prepaid program.
Costly upfront payment is not required.
The sessions can take place online or in-person in select suburbs.
The service is able to support children who live in remote areas and have access to the internet for online learning. It offers evidence-based support for parents who are homeschooling their kids.
The initial session should ideally be in person.
Some schools will also allow onsite instruction. Onsite school visits are offered in suburbs around Ryde and Chatswood.
